My day starts at 5:30am everyday. Admittedly, the time can be challenging but really nothing beats a Lennox Head sunrise with an excited crew of fitness fanatics. My passion is to inspire my members to lead and practise a fit and healthy lifestyle. In my outdoor sessions we use weights and kettle bells, combined with a mix of body resistance exercises and cardio hits – running, skipping and boxing. I want my clients to show as much DETERMINATION and COMMITTMENT as possible and continually challenge themselves to be fitter and stronger than their last session. I strongly believe that it is not always about looking fit, but rather feeling fit. So eat well, exercise regularly and be the best version of yourself!
